    Our Group Training program powered by the Fitranx Fitness Ranking System is a great way for you to hang out with your friends and get a high energy, high intensity, full body circuit training workout. You’ll get upper body, lower body, core work… and a little cardio sprinkled in as a bonus!.

    These are specially designed 30-45 minute workouts which involves a brief, yet powerful storm of exercises that cause a certain level of disturbance in both the muscles and the cardiovascular system. The results are both fat loss and muscle gain.

    FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.
